About Me:

Gail grew up in Berkshire County amidst a great wealth of creativity, history, and good spirits. After exhausting her local options and exploring a bit of Europe, she then journeyed on to Boston for four years of conservatory training, spending a term in London and traveling to Scotland and Luxembourg for brief stints of time. Following "The Dick and The Rose" first to Edinburgh and then to New York City, she moved to Brooklyn in 2013, and back to Boston in 2014. She currently resides in beautiful Somerville, MA where she works from home as a narrator, and travels forth as an actor and puppeteer.

Gail has always had a deep love for storytelling. She believes in the beauty and importance of art and making our dreams turn into vivid reality. She aspires to make truthful art and to tell great stories in many different forms. Most recently she has developed a passion for puppetry and voice over work, but she also has training and experience on stage and in film. In particular, she loves developing new works and sailing along the deep, sparkling sea of Shakespeare's rich canon. She has a shimmering sense of humor and wit in her work, as well as a vibrant and tangible emotional range.

Besides her natural propensity for words, language, and telling stories, Gail has a wide array of top-notch training: she holds a BFA in Acting from Boston University and has trained with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, Shakespeare and Company, Williamstown Theatre Festival and others. A passionate performer and scholar of Shakespeare, she has seasoned dexterity with text and imagery. She loves using her voice in every way (singing, speaking, making sound) and it is the core of her work as an actor.

She works hard, plays hard, and takes direction extremely well. Her current life motto is "follow your joy".
